I’m Andrey, a real estate professional based in Naples, Florida, specializing in residential sales, acquisitions, rentals, and full-service property management across Southwest Florida. With years of hands-on experience working with local and international investors, I help clients buy, sell, and manage properties efficiently and profitably. My Background

I was born and raised in southwestern Siberia, Russia, and began my career in business in 1993, founding and managing several successful retail and production ventures over two decades. My family discovered Southwest Florida in 2009 while purchasing a vacation home in Fort Myers, and after receiving our U.S. green cards, we permanently relocated in 2011. That same year, I earned my Florida real estate license and began helping clients invest in the local market. After moving to Naples in 2013, my wife and I also operated a local restaurant. Professionally, I expanded into commercial and development projects, helping secure land for a 12,000 sq. ft. commercial plaza, overseeing its development and management, and playing a key role in launching the 1818 Parkway Condominiums in Cape Coral, a 52-unit project completed in 2016 and sold to Canadian investors in 2018. Since then, my focus has shifted fully to residential real estate, where I’ve helped investors structure portfolios, create real estate companies, and optimize rental operations while supervising the acquisition and management of around 30 properties throughout Naples. I work across Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral, and I am fluent in both English and Russian.
